KATIE COME HOME!!
This is a post about a girl I used to work with and is friends with my best friend, her name is Katie. Some people may have heard on the news there is a missing woman from Langford, Kathleen Walker. She went missing on September 19th . She was last seen at 12:30pm on September 19th at the Colwood Corners Coast Capital Savings.
There are posters of her picture, a missing ad, everywhere in town. I also saw one at the Shelbourne Tim Hortons which is where Katie and I used to work. It's also on A-Channel news.
"West Shore RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating a 20-year old woman who has been missing from her home in Langford for more than a week. Kathleen Anne WALKER was last seen in Victoria on Tuesday, September 19.
Police say family and friends are very concerned as Walker's disappearance is out of character for her.
She is described as 5'7", 128lbs with long brown hair and blue eyes. Police were also looking for her car - a gold 1997 Saturn with BC license plate 217 FWA.
It was found in the last few days, near a forest. I am not exactly sure where.

Heather, was looking for recent pictures of her, she snooped around on her MSN spaces, but on September 13th she deleted everything off her space.
It seemed a little odd ...
Katie, please come home or at least phone and tell everyone you are alright.

It's weird what you find when you google your name.. I guess its even worse if your names been in the paper or something like that.
Thank you for your concern while I was gone. I'm sure you've probably heard one, or many rumours about what happened to me.. and let me rectify those... no I did not hitch hike to Red Deer with a trucker (ew), I didnt go to the casinos in the states (not even old enough), I didnt run away to party (I would never do that to my friends and family!) and the one that the police believe the most... I did not leave to transport coke accross Canada.
I'm still dealing with a lot, and it's hard to talk about... one day I'm hoping it'll be better, but for now I'm just trying to forget, or at least push it to the back of my mind and move on. I understand why the police think that... I knew some bad people, and dropped off money to a couple bad people in jail, and I know I don't have to defend myself to you... but just so you, and everyone else knows; I don't sell or do coke, dispite my old friends and their bad habits.
Since my whole world fell apart, picking up the pieces has been very hard, and is no where near finished. I moved away right after everything happened, and started the healing process. Now Im back, and so far Im still doing good. I have no contact with those bad people that were in my life before, I have stopped drinking (which was my big problem... I used to drink to forget my problems... didnt work) and I've even quit smoking!
(and as for the msn space... my mom deleted everything a few days after I was gone... not me)

The only I heard about you was that you went missing. No rumors whatsoever, except for the MSN space.
All I did was pray that you were okay.
But thank you for clearing out what really happen. I just hope and pray that you find true happiness in your life. I admire your strength and will for wanting to make your life better.
