Ramble 003
I don't know what to blog for this week ... so many things have happened (good and bad) but, nothing extremely exciting ... at least not some that I need to brag about.
Oh, I have an interview with the school administrator next Wednesday!! And by the end of the week, I will know if I got accepted. But I know (and hoping) I am. I may start school sooner than I thought. There is space for more students for the November program (THAT'S 3 MONTHS!!). I am so excited. The classes are daytime though:
---
Cosmetology
Length: 1500 Hour(s)
Schedule: 42 weeks
Full Time: 9 a.m./5 p.m.
Days: Tuesday through Saturday
---
I have decided not to put Naima in a daycare centre (mainly because there is no way I can afford it, specially when I won't be having a full time job) instead I will put her in care of my closest friend mommy Heather (she has an 11 month old baby girl named Marissa, who is also Naima's best friend, as you can see here) And I have seen her with her daughter, she is a great mom, she has great motherly skills that I know I can trust.
I desperately need to go on a shopping spree. My clothes are baggy! Nothing fits right, they're all loose and makes me look bigger than I am. I'M A SIZE 4! I'm not a size 12 anymore! Yay! Yep, today there was proof how much weight I lost, I fit into a size 4 - pair of Levis jeans (and my bum is smaller, but still looks hot - haha) So, next weekend is Mami's day of shopping - well, actually I'm only getting a new pair of jeans, but it is still exciting to me.
I am happy, I have food in my fridge, Naima's necessities are stocked, I am good for another month and a half. I had a little extra in my wallet and decided to get something new for my little girl ... and I think I went a little crazy:

Old Navy denim jacket - $25.00
OshKosh B'Gosh pink booties - $20.00
Old Navy lavender polo shirt - $8.00 (on sale)
Old Navy pink sneaks - $10.00
Purchasing clothes for your only daughter and the love of your life - priceless

Yes I am obssessed with Old Navy, they have the best baby clothes in the world! And ones I can afford. Robyn, you should check out their site, and when you come to Victoria, we should go shopping!! The fall collections are adorable!! I can't stop going there and getting new clothes for Naima.
Today is going to be a fun day. Heather and I are going to take the little girlies to the Undersea Aquarium.
However they don't let strollers in, so we're going to be carrying the girls in our slings. They are way better than those snugglies that sit on your hip. Doesn't hurt or make your back sore.

I am not sure if they let cameras in too, if they do, be prepare for a mayor picture post! (hehe)
Oh .. I also quit my night job last weekend. I am done with that nightlife. Now Im searching for a daytime, of which I got an interview on Monday at La Mama. I can't wait! Although if I see all those preggies, I may start to miss my belly :-(
It's funny how I miss being pregnant. I loved having that huge baby bump, and watching it deform - lol
But, I am quite happy having Naima in the world. Without her, I wouldn't even be here ...

Those are such cute shoes. It sounds like you had fun shopping. I wish we had an old navy here. They do have a great selection of cloths that is for sure.
Claudia I will pray that you will get accepted into school. That would be great! Wish you all the best!

Auntie Mitz: You and Robyn should come to Old Navy, I know she'll go crazy!
Thank you for your prayers. I will know by next Friday if I get accepted.
Kathy: I guess you can say I am tiny, but it's only my bum - lol
We should schedule working out together ...
Thank you
Gouda: We didn't end up going ... Marissa got an eye inflamation, so it will have to be next time :-(
But thank you though.
Pickles: I cannot wait to go shopping with you too, we'll both go crazy and ohing and ahing at the baby clothes - LOL
Thanks sweetie!
Loves and miss you all!!

Hey Claudia,
I work out at Curves. I don't know if you have heard of it? If not, it's a 30 minute work out where you go around a circut. At the end you do strechs and what not. I really like it. If you want to go I could get you a free week pass to see if you like it.I also could give you a ride. I go to the one in Oak Bay. Anyway hope you have a good day:)

I have heard of Curves. It would be a little difficult for me to go during the week. I can do weekends, once Gav can take Naima for the weekend.
